Candied Jalapeños

Sweet and spicy, the perfect addition to just about anything!  We use processed jalapeños to ensure consistent heat, the use a 72 hour sugar curing process to candy these babies. Same jalapeños in the salsa, just sliced and ready to go .

Use them on tacos, nachos, BBQ sauce, deviled eggs, and anything that ends with “salad”.  The juice makes a nice addition to many sauces and dressings too.
